Everyone who reaches out to Beautydaddy Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something has not gone well, we want to hear about it. This page shows you how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Beautydaddy Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and to keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Beautydaddy Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@beautydaddy.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to contact you
  • The date you were in touch with us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your message arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
